Dirt N' Worms
Who doesn't love this classic treat. Now including a healthier protein infused twist making you look like an all star at your Spring and Summer get togethers!
- 1 Scoops Protein Powder (chocolate or cookies n cream)
- 6oz Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Packet of chocolate sugar free pudding
- 1/4 cup water (add more if you don't like pudding thick)
- 2 TBSP Oreo cookie crumbs (sprinkle on top)
- 2-3 gummy worms (cut them up...seems like more)
Blend ingredients and let chill in fridge for 20-30 min ENJOY!
