1/2 cup-Brown rice of your choice
4oz-95% lean ground turkey meat
taco seasoning (to your taste)
1oz- low fat cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup salsa of your choice
1/4 cup black beans drained and rinsed
1/4 snack size bag of cheddar doritos
1/8 cup fat free sour cream
Bring small pot of water to a boil and prepare instant rice
Pre-heat pan for turkey meat
measure 4oz of ram ground turkey and cook mover medium heat for approx 4-5 min or until throughly cooked. Add 1/2 cup of water and taco seasoning, reduce heat to low and leave covered for 3 min.
Prepare broccoli by dicing into small pieces and blanch in hot water
1/2-cup rice down first then add 4 oz of your seasoned turkey meat. Top with your salsa, broccoli black beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream and Doritos!
