How many of you can honestly say that you consume enough fruits and vegetables?

Hello Friends! My name is Paul Emmick. I am one of 95's supplement gurus and will be joining you every Saturday to enlighten you about what supplements our stores have to offer you!

Each week i will be discussing a different supplement to compliment your training and eating regimen. So lets start at our foundation- Multi Vitamin. I am not the person at your local vitamin store trying to sell you a generic multi. This is by far the most overlooked supplement you can take.

How many of you can honestly say that you consume enough fruits and vegetable to cover your daily requirements? And I am not talking about the outdated RDA requirements for a sedentary adult to live. I am talking about you, the person striving to lose weight. You, the competitive athlete. You, the person who wants more energy and wants to feel better and live a better quality of life. To the person who wants to lose weight. Your B vitamins can also help your body metabolize carbohydrates more efficiently. Are your magnesium levels adequate? Magnesium has a plethora of benefits, including reducing muscle aches and cramps and promoting better sleep which can in turn help optimize recovery and aim in proper hormone output. To the athlete, did you know that adequate amounts of calcium are needed for proper muscle contraction?

Studies have shown that the calcium that is in dairy may actually not be as absorbable as we once thought, and do you eat as much spinach as Popeye? Males and females, lets not forget about our hormones. As a male, are you getting enough Zinc and copper to balance your body natural testosterone production? Females, how about your vitamin D and breast health and bone density? To the person who wants more energy, your B vitamins are a must! Helping with focus and mental circulation will make a huge difference in dealing with day to day stress. A,C,E, all are antioxidants that will help keep your body running efficiently and help your immune system as well.

The truth is, there are too many benefits of all of the vitamins and minerals to review without writing a book. But simply put, if you are not supplying your body with the essential nutrients it needs, none of its metabolic processes are going to run at 100%, which means you are already starting out in a more difficult journey than you should be. There are a few ways we can help at 95 Nutrition.

Our Rule 1 Train Daily Vitamin has a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals, as well as enzymes to aid in digestion, additional antioxidants, and BCAA for muscle support and recovery. We also carry 1st Phorm's Optigreens and Envie. These are both a greens powder with a full spectrum of fruit and vegetable extracts covering all of your micronutrients and then some. Envie has vitamins and minerals in it as well which would be an easy option to cover all your bases with one supplement. Opti Greens would be best added if you are already taking a multi, or add with Train Daily for a true powerhouse essential nutrients.

Please keep in mind, just like building a house, you will only be as strong as your foundation.

Stop in and see your local #team95 member today and let us get you started on the right track to your goals!
