Bronze Package - Women's
Our Bronze package is for those who only need assistance Monday-Friday and don't plan on going to the gym. That's okay! The gym may not be an option right now. You can still see excellent results. Their is no room left for error during the week so we expect you to make time for your success on the weekends! In order to achieve maximum results, you much be "behaving yourself" on the weekends.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from your coach who will prompt you to make your food choice for your first week and get you set up for success.
This Meal Plan Includes:
- 4 weeks of meal prep, Monday-Friday (80 meals total)
- 1 half-way check in with health coach to answer questions and motivate you!
