Coming off of another successful week I really feel like I have gotten myself into a groove....and WOAH... it's already been a month since I started checking in with you all?? CRAZY.  I'll cut right to the chase, I AM DOWN ANOTHER 3 POUNDS THIS WEEK! The only regret I have now is not taking the first 2 weeks seriously because I would be that much further down the road.

With that being said, I am aware that these couple weeks of losing 7 lbs total is NOT a realistic pace that my body will keep up with week after week. As of today I have 23 more pounds to go until I am back at my “pre-pregnany weight.” Now as I have stated before I am SURE that my body will not look the same BUT I am definitely excited to see where I am with the 23 lbs back off. UGH.????Here we go again, trying not to let it get in my head BUT 23 feels overwhelming…however much better than 26 the week prior. Phew!

For those following along who are skeptical of this journey I GET IT! It seems damn near impossible that I was able to lose 7 lbs in 2 weeks with having a newborn, working & maintaining my sanity, but the truth is it wasn't even hard. When I tell you that all you have to do is focus on portion control I mean it. Eat 95 meals and try hard not to snack around like I did the first 2 weeks and you WILL have success.

So headed into week 5 this is now my routine...I stopped into 95 Niagara Falls to pickup my meals today from the "walk-in cooler selection" and this is what I got for the week...

Breakfast options

  • 5 - Gingerbread pancakes ( SO SO GOOD)
  • 2 - Polish Breakfast bowls

Lunch/dinner

  • 4 - Buffalo wing meatballs
  • 4 -Traditional Spaghetti
  • 3 - Fettuccini Alfredo
  • 3 - Blitz burgers
  • 2 - Bandito Burrito
  • 2 - Cali Club wraps
  • 2 - Mexirito taquitos
  • 1 - Baked Italian Codfish

That is 7 total breakfast items & 21 Lunch/dinners! (Eating 4x per day)

Now some of you reading this are thinking that it is bizarre that I am going into my locations and shopping as if I were a customer since I own the place, but I want to experience this entire process from my customers' eyes. No special meals or treatment. I want to show you all that losing weight is 100% possible!!

***FINAL THOUGHTS THIS WEEK***

With the Christmas/New Years holiday rapidly approaching it is becoming harder and harder to keep the “going out” events to a minimum. I think this is one of the main reasons people don’t start thinking about losing weight till after the holidays, and I get it…BUT any movement towards your goal is positive, even if it’s a little slower durning these next couple weeks. Stay tuned for my Wednesday blog where I will break down "How to dine out on a diet".
