If you are reading this and rolling your eyes, it’s time for a change. YES, you have to work but work should not stress you out to the point that you DREAD going.
Constant stress in your life like this can cause you to gain weight, lose sleep and lose overall quality of life. If you are not happy with your employment, change it!!
2. YOU ARE JEALOUS OF OTHER PEOPLE’S SUCCESSES.
Be honest with yourself. if you are feeling jealous of Susan’s weight loss, it’s time for change! If you have come to a point in your life where you can not be happy for others’ accomplishments, it’s time for a reset! Start focusing on YOU and what you need to do to better your life. 3. YOU WAKE UP TIRED.
Lack of motivation. Head spinning before bed? Head spinning as soon as you wake up? It’s definitely time for a change. You maybe sleeping but your mind is still working. Start by organizing your thoughts on paper. What is the root of your unhappiness. Is it your job? Is it your body image of yourself? Write it all down, no matter how big or how small.
