Start with a meal plan that suits your requirements and goals. Our meal plan for 7 days a week has proven most effective by leaving minimal room for setbacks. With this plan, you can expect to lose two to three pounds a week without exercise. However, results vary per person and this certainly doesn’t mean you won’t enjoy results from a 6 or 5 day plan. Plus, you can have fun with combinations of our meals, mixing things up with our wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
