Figuring Out The Right Plan For Me

Our Men's Meal Plans consists of meals pre portioned out to help you with your day to day struggle of planning while on the run. Let's face it you're a really busy guy. Your job probably leaves you little time to plan and little energy to follow through when you do. We will do all of the hard work for you and make it extremely easy to live a healthy lifestyle while you're on your daily grind. Imagine what you could accomplish and how you will feel when you're NOT spending time in the kitchen and NOT sacrificing flavor. Get ahead of the game and go do what you do best and we will do what we do best. Sound Fair?!
Now here are some general guidelines we recommend for men starting on a plan with us. Find what solution fits your lifestyle. 
 

1.) I Am Just Looking For A Little Help:

For those looking for just a little extra help to get them through the day mistake free, we would suggest a plan of 2 meals a day for 5 days a week (10 meals total). This plan set up will take most of us through the work week where we know all too well it is easy to give in to the temptation that is so easily available (aka fast food). With this plan you can happily turn the drive thru line into the drive past line. (you see what we did there)

 

2.) I Am Usually Able To Make My Own Breakfast, But That's It:

Ok, so you're the guy that wakes up in the morning with all the ambition to start your day off right. Kudos to you! Starting your day on the right foot takes effort and will get you on the success track early. However, as the day wears on you loose your morning mojo and the stress of your work email is piling on top of you. This leads to unhealthy decision making throughout the rest of your day. 
With this plan we suggest getting 3 meals a day for 5 days a week (15 total). This plan set up will help you continue your morning success throughout the day and who knows; maybe even make a few bonus healthy decisions because you're feeling incredible (just a thought)

 

3.) I Am Not A Good Decision Maker When It Comes To Health And Nutrition: 

Hey, at least you're being honest with us. We understand, you mean well. You want to start making better decisions, which is probably what led you to reading the words on this webpage of a nutritional company. If you are looking to help yourself make better decisions, then we are here to help you do just that. We would recommend calling us at the store 716-465-1920 or stopping in to talk directly to us and really figure out a solution for you. 
However, you may already know what your solution is and just need the help executing it. For this plan we would recommend 3-4 meals per day for 6-7 days per week (18-28 meals total)
