So what is the 30 day Challenge?
30 days of commitment to eating through 95 Nutrition’s portion controlled meals. You will be provided ALL of the meals that you will need for the month through our program. You are also committing to only eating “approved snacks” outside of your 95 meals during the day.
Do you get to pick your meals?
Absolutely!! You are in control. All of your meal selections for the week are decided by you, so if you want pancakes for dinner …that’s okay with us!
Do you get all of your meals at once?
No! You make your meals selections every Wednesday from our current menu via email to your coach. You will only be taking home a weeks worth of meals every week so don’t worry about not having enough freezer space.
Do I have to workout?
We recommend being active for at least 30 minutes a day, but with that being said, we have many clients that cannot workout for various reason and they are still successful at losing weight. Portion control is THE MOST important part of this 30 day challenge. You can succeed, even without working out.
I want to workout but can’t find time to go to a gym.
ANY activity will help speed your weight loss results! Here are some ideas that you can squeeze into your day.
-30 min walk at lunch time at work
-Family walk for 20-30 min
-Download an “at home workout app” (Peloton is amazing!)
How do I get started?
Head to our website, select the plan that fits your lifestyle the best. Add the plan to your cart & checkout. That’s it! Our coach will contact you via the email provided to get started!
Do I have to wait for the challenge “start date” to participate?
Absolutely not! You can start anytime.
What’s the supplement giveaway?

Does portion control work?
Of course! This will work if you commit to the program. Most lose 2-3 lbs a week without exercise on a 7 day a week program.
