Do you accept wellness cards or EBT?

Yes we do! You can use wellness cards in store and EBT payments are accepted at the following locations: Hamburg, East Amherst, Niagara Falls, North Buffalo

How often does the menu change?

We are proud to say that we are the only meal prep service that has a weekly rotating menu. We have over 25+ uniquely different options to choose from. This variety will have you coming back week after week. 

Are the meals fresh?

Our meals are prepared fresh and immeadatly frozen to ensure that you are getting the freshest possiable meal right in your home. Our meals do not use processed meats or preservatives so it is reccomended by the USDA that you only keep them in your firdge for 2-3 days. Since our customers typically are shopping for an entire week we take the extra step and freeze the meals for you. Food saftey is of the upmost importance here at 95 Nutrition so we appreicate you keeping the meals frozen at home & keeping no more than 2-3 days worth in your refrigerator. 



Can I walk in store and purchase meals?

Absolutely! You do not need to place a pre-order to shop at any of our 10 locations. We do not have subscriptions or memberships. All you have to do is walk right in. We have many options to chose from. 

How do I heat up your meals?


Reheating is the most important part of enjoying your meal. When reheating always be cautious about the timing in the microwave. You can always microwave a meal longer but if you over cook it the meal will not be as delicious for you.



  1. Remove lid and rest on top allowing meal to vent
  2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes on high
  3. Stir and check temperature. If more time is needed do it in 30 second intervals.
  4. Drain any access moisture and let sit for 1 min
  5. Enjoy!


Is the 95 Service Right For You?

95 Nutrition services all types of needs. Our clients range from individuals looking to lose weight, gain weight, live healthier, or simply just don’t want to cook! We like to say we have a little something for everyone. Clients looking to use our service as a weight loss program should purchase meals for 5, 6, or 7 days at our recommended 3 Lunch/Dinner meals AND a Breakfast each day. If you’re not looking to lose weight, play around and build your own plan with our menu.

Can I sample your food before I commit to a plan?

SURE, in fact we actually encourage it! A lot of people can be on the fence about using a meal prep service. Is it worth the cost? Will I like the food? Will prepared meals fit your lifestyle?

To give us a try just stop into any of our 10 locations & select a few meals right from our Grab & go coolers. We have no minimum purchase in store so you can come in and try just one. We are confident we will be the perfect fit for your lifestyle. 

How do I know what plan will work best for me?

When will I get my food?

National Shipments

All orders placed by 11:59pm on WEDNESDAY will be set to ship the following Monday. Shipments are made via FedEx and most deliveries will be overnight, depending on the method you selected. You will be updated Monday afternoon via email with tracking information. Have questions about national shipments?

Local PICKUPS occur Thursday-Sunday anytime during our normal store hours store hours. You will select the date that you would like to pick up at checkout. On the day of your selected pickup you can come anytime during our store hours to recieve your meals. 

Return & Refund Policies

What if I don’t like a meal?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If you should ever come across a meal that is not satisfactory in your eyes, please reach out to our customer service department. [email protected]

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds prior to the food being cooked with a 10% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 48 hours of your pickup/delivery day, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. After the 48 hour window, no refund will be issued as the product is already prepared to your specifications and therefore cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
