Our Past, Present, And Future
2015
It all started in the basement of a church
Lindsey’s passion for cooking turned her delicious and healthy meals into a booming side hustle. It all started as she used to prepare meals for Carmelo to take with him to work as a state trooper. Interest quickly spread and she took the leap into beginning 95 Nutrition. With 20 customers and $1,000 to kick-start the business, they rented a 250 sq. ft. commissary kitchen in the basement of a church for two days a week and started their meal prep business.
2016
Grand Island: Our First Home
Soon enough our orders doubled and we quickly outgrew the commissary kitchen. We found a space we could use as retail and kitchen space, and we opened our first official retail location in Grand Island.
As we transitioned into this space, our team grew. Unbeknownst to us at the time, this place would eventually evolve into our cherished long-term home. Those who have shared in our journey can attest to how special it was and the extraordinary growth fostered within these walls.
2017
Charting New territory: Adding a second location
As the demand for healthy meal choices continued to soar, our gaze shifted towards the Southtowns area, prompting us to establish our second location in West Seneca.
2018
Expanding Horizons and Managing Growth
In 2018, with an ever-increasing demand for our services, we took the bold step of expanding further by launching two additional locations, strategically situated in Williamsville and North Buffalo. This year presented us with fresh challenges as we navigated the complexities of managing four locations and nurturing a steadily growing team.
2019
A Year of Expansion - Opening Three New Locations
In 2019, fueled by a robust leadership team, we embarked on an ambitious journey, opening three new locations in the span of a single year. This endeavor was undoubtedly challenging, but our unwavering belief in the community's increasing need for our healthy prepared meals served as our driving force.
2020
Building for the Future
While we didn't embark on new retail location openings this year, it undeniably marked one of the most challenging years in our company's history. As the world hit pause during the pandemic, our team remained diligently engaged in constructing a brand-new, expansive 14,000 sq. ft. headquarters located in Amherst.
Our commitment to delivering the finest meals to our customers begins with our kitchen facility. To uphold our promise, we made a substantial investment in a state-of-the-art facility that adheres to the strictest food safety standards.
2021
The Year That Redefined Us: Our New Home
The world opened up and we continued to perserve. This year included the establishment of another retail location, Cheektowaga, and the successful completion of our headquarters.
The transition from our original 1200 sq ft facility to our expansive new 14000 sq ft kitchen presented a significant adjustment, but thanks to the unwavering support of our dedicated team, we not only made it happen but also take great pride in now calling Amherst our home.
2022
Our Rochester Expansion
Venturing into an entirely new market was a courageous decision, one fraught with risks, but we saw the need for our services in the area. Our expansion plans, in the works since 2020, faced a few obstacles due to the pandemic.
However, in 2022, we persevered and successfully saw our vision come to life, inaugurating two new locations in Rochester – Victor and Greece.
2023
From Idea to Reality: Unveiling Our Supplement Line
This marked the year when we celebrated the completion of our third and fourth locations in Rochester, and our most significant achievement: the launch of our very own supplement line. Our commitment to providing the finest products for comprehensive nutrition drove us to develop a line we could wholeheartedly trust. We take immense pride in offering our own meticulously crafted line, prepared to the highest standards of quality.
2024 & Beyond
Looking ahead, our focus is on expanding our nationwide shipments, diversifying our supplement product offerings, and further bolstering our presence in the vibrant market of Rochester.
