Clients looking to use our service as a weight loss program should purchase meals for 5, 6, or 7 days at our recommended 3 Lunch/Dinner meals AND a Breakfast each day.

Can I sample your food before I commit to a plan?

SURE! We actually encourage it! A lot of people can be on the fence about meal prepping. Is it worth it? Will I like the food? Maybe you have had a bad experience elsewhere or maybe you’re just not sure if this will fit your lifestyle. This is why we created the one day sample pack. This will give you an idea of what an average day would be like on our meal prep programs. Each sample pack comes with breakfast, Meal 1, Meal 2, and Meal 3.

*Unfortunately sample packs are too small of a quantity to ship to our out of state customers. We recommend ordering an assortment of 10 meals and using promo code “welcome10” at checkout!

How do I know what plan will work best for me?

When will I get my food?

LOCAL BUFFALO NY HOME DELIVERY

Ordering for the current menu occurs from Saturday-Wednesday. Deliveries occur on WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY of the same week. For a Wednesday delivery your order must be placed by 11:59pm on Sunday and for a Saturday delivery they must be placed by 11:59pm on Wednesday.

All orders placed by 11:59pm on WEDNESDAY will be set to ship the following Monday. Shipments are made via FedEx and most deliveries will be overnight, depending on the method you selected. You will be updated Monday afternoon with tracking information. Have questions about national shipments? JUST ASK!

Return & Refund Policies

What if I don’t like a meal?
Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us here. If you should ever come across a meal that is not satisfactory in your eyes, please reach out to our customer service department. We will take good care of you.

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds prior to the food being cooked with a 10% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 48 hours of your pickup/delivery day, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. After the 48 hour window, no refund will be issued as the product is already prepared to your specifications and therefore cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
