Do You Accept EBT Cards?
Currently, we accept EBT cards at our North Buffalo, Hamburg, East Amherst, and Niagara Falls locations, in-store only.
Do You Accept Wellness Cards?
We accept Independent Health and BlueCross Wellness cards, in-store only. We recommend shoppers best use them to purchase 95 Nutrition gift cards and enjoy our meals & supplements at your convenience.
Are The Meals Fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh, fully cooked, and immediately frozen to ensure you get the most nutritious meal right to your door. Our meals do not use any processed meats or preservatives, and food safety is of the utmost importance here at 95 Nutrition. Please keep your meals frozen or refrigerated for 2-3 days maximum, per USDA recommendations.
Can I Walk In-Store & Purchase Meals?
Absolutely! Our customers have several options when it comes to shopping with 95 Nutrition.

How Do I Heat Up Meals?
To ensure the best eating experience, please use caution when reheating your meal. We recommend following the outlined microwave and oven instructions, adding on 30 seconds at a time if more heat is needed.

- Remove the lid and rest on top allowing the meal to vent
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes on high
- Stir and check the temperature. If more time is needed do it in 30-second intervals.
- Drain any access moisture and let sit for 1 min
- Enjoy!
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Remove the nutritional facts band AND the plastic film. The meal can stay inside the black container.
- Heat in the oven for 7-10 minutes
- Remove and enjoy!
