Are The Meals Fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh, fully cooked, and immediately frozen to ensure that you are getting the most nutritious meal right to your door. Our meals do not use any processed meats or preservatives, and food safety is of the utmost importance here at 95 Nutrition. Please keep your meals frozen or refrigerated for 2-3 days maximum, per USDA recommendations.
Is The 95 Service Right For You?
95 Nutrition services all types of needs. Our clients range from individuals looking to lose weight, gain weight, live healthier, or simply just don’t want to cook! We like to say we have a little something for everyone. Clients looking to use our service as a weight loss program should purchase meals for 5, 6, or 7 days at our recommended 3 Lunch/Dinner meals AND a Breakfast each day. If you’re not looking to lose weight, play around and build your own plan with our menu.

Of course, in fact, we suggest it. To give us a try just stop into any of our locations and select a few meals right from our grab & go coolers, or just try just one. We are confident we will be the perfect fit for your lifestyle.

When Will I Get My Food?
For local/Buffalo, NY home delivery updates, please visit https://95nutrition.com/deliveries/.
For national shipments, all orders placed by 11:59 pm on WEDNESDAY will be set to ship the following Monday. Shipments are made via FedEx and most deliveries will be overnight, depending on the method you selected. You will be updated Monday afternoon via email with tracking information. If you have other questions about national shipments, please visit https://95nutrition.com/deliveries/ for more information.
Local pick-ups occur Thursday-Sunday anytime during our normal store hours. You will select the date that you would like to pick up at checkout. On the day of your selected pickup, you can come anytime during our store hours to receive your meals.
