Clients looking to use our service as a weight loss program should purchase meals for 5, 6 or 7 days at our recommended 3 Lunch/Dinner meals AND a Breakfast each day.

Can I sample your food before I commit to a plan?
SURE! We actually encourage it! A lot of people can be on the fence about meal prepping.  Is it worth it? Will I like the food? Maybe they have had a bad experience elsewhere or maybe you’re just not sure if this will fit your lifestyle. This is why we created the one day sample pack. This will give you an idea of what an average day would be like on our meal prep programs.  Each sample pack comes with breakfast, Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3

How do I know what plan will work best for me?
We offer customer support 6 days a week from 10am-7pm. Feel free to contact our experts and they can help guide you in your first ordering experience. 716-465-1920

When will I get my food?

Ordering for the current menu occurs from Saturday-Wednesday. IF YOU ORDER AT THE LATEST BY WEDNESDAY.. deliveries occur on WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY of the same week. For a Wednesday delivery your order must be placed by 11:59pm on Monday and for a Saturday delivery they must be placed by 11:59pm on Thursday.

PICKUPS occur Wednesday-Saturday during normal business hours at our Grand Island Location 2488 Grand Island Blvd, Grand Island NY

All shipments are made via UPS on the following Monday and most deliveries will be overnight. 

What are your snacks?
Snacks include: Quest protein Bars, Oh yeah protein Bars, Quest Protein Chips, Crunch Protein Bars, Kay’s Natural Chips/Cookies, Assorted fruits, Protein baked goods.

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds prior to the food being cooked with a 10% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 48 hours of your pickup/delivery day 50% cancellation fee. After the 48 hour window no refund will be issued as the product is already prepared to your specifications and therefore cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
