"This was my favorite 95 Nutrition meal so far. It tasted amazing. It was just like a real home cooked Thanksgiving dinner. I had gastric sleeve surgery, so I can’t easily digest dense cuts like chicken breast or steak. I really appreciate that this dish used shredded turkey. It was tender, easy to digest, and satisfying. I ordered the large since the small was sold out, and I got two filling meals out of it. Please keep this one on the menu and more like it!"

"I like this one a lot! Especially the green beans! A few of the other meals have the more firm, longer, more fibrous green beans. Happy to say these ones are a lot better tasting without as much moisture so everything doesn’t get soggy. Love it! Keep this one!"

How Do I Heat Up Meals?

Microwave for 60-90 secondsReheating is the most important part of enjoying your meal. When reheating, always be cautious about the timing in the microwave. You can always microwave a meal longer but if you over cook it the meal will not be as delicious for you.

Our containers are microwave AND oven-safe (as long as you remove the plastic band and film)

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove nutritional facts band
  2. Peel the plastic film from one corner to allow for venting
  3. Microwave for 60-90 seconds
  4. Remove and enjoy!

Can I sample your food before I commit to a plan?

Of course, in fact, we suggest it. To give us a try just stop into any of our locations and select a few meals right from our grab & go coolers, or just try just one. We are confident we will be the perfect fit for your lifestyle.

How often does the menu change?

We are proud to say that we are one of the very few meal prep services that has a weekly rotating menu. We have over 25+ uniquely different options to choose from. This variety will have you coming back week after week.

Can I Walk In-Store & Purchase Meals?

Yes you can! We have 12 retail locations across Buffalo and Rochester for you to pick up meals at your convenience. Every location is fully stocked with plenty of options for you to fill your home with.

Are your meals fresh or frozen?

Our meals are prepared fresh and immediately frozen to ensure that you are getting the freshest possible meal right in your home. Our meals do not use processed meats or preservatives so it is recommended by the USDA that you only keep them in your fridge for 2-3 days. Since our customers typically are shopping for an entire week we take the extra step and freeze the meals for you. Food safety is of the utmost importance here at 95 Nutrition so we appreciate you keeping the meals frozen at home & keeping no more than 2-3 days worth in your refrigerator
