Raised in Grand Island, NY, Lindsey has always been passionate about cooking and fitness. Her unwavering dedication to empowering individuals to lose weight through portion control and sustainable lifestyle changes has made her a prominent figure in the industry.

With a deep understanding of the pitfalls of fad diets, Lindsey founded our company with a mission to help people make lasting lifestyle changes that promote their overall health and wellbeing. She brings to the table an unparalleled level of knowledge and experience in the field, making her a trusted resource for clients and partners alike.

As a mother of two, Lindsey has a special place in her heart for helping women regain their strength and confidence after pregnancy. as well as helping busy parents manage & balance their lifestyles through delicious ready to eat meals.

Meet Carmelo, one of the founders and owners of our company. With a background as a retired New York State Trooper, Carmelo brings a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to our team. In addition to leading our company, he’s responsible for the development and implementation of our new product lines, including our line of premium supplements.

Outside of work, Carmelo is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys helping others live a healthier lifestyle. He believes that fitness and healthy living can have a positive impact on all aspects of life, including work. With this in mind, Carmelo is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that will help them achieve their wellness goals.

With Carmelo’s leadership, we have the strategic vision and focus necessary to continue innovating and expanding our product offerings. We’re confident that his expertise and commitment to excellence will ensure the continued success of our company.

Sierra began her career at 95 Nutrition in 2017. Through her hard work and dedication she has grown tremendously with the company not only professionally, but personally as well. She is now our Operations Manager responsible for financial management, customer service, and training of the management team.

Sierra had zero experience in management prior to 95 Nutrition, but she was easily coachable and willing to take any courses necessary to help her succeed in this career path. Sierra has helped open 12 out of our 13 locations. She now oversees over 70+ employees ensuring that our company’s core values always come first.

During the fall of 2023, we warmly welcomed Tracy as our devoted Kitchen Manager, a pivotal role central to upholding the utmost standards of meal quality and team contentment within our organization. Her primary focus is to ensure that every meal prepared under her supervision meets and exceeds the highest standards of taste, consistency, and quality. 

Beyond her culinary prowess, Tracy also plays a pivotal role in nurturing a positive and motivated team environment. She understands that a happy and well-supported team is essential for consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences. Tracy provides the necessary support, guidance, and encouragement to our kitchen staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to thrive in their roles. It has been a pleasure welcoming Tracy to the team and we are excited to watch her grow with the 95 family.

Tracy started at 95 Nutrition as a sales associate and quickly progressed to become a District Manager in charge of 9 store locations in Western New York. In 2022, Tracy made a big career leap by accepting a promotion into this role of district manager. Within her new role she is responsible for onboarding, training, and overall employee development. She has expertly navigated the challenges of her new responsibilities, including the hiring and firing process, and has successfully provided exceptional staffing and employee development for 95 Nutrition’s storefronts. You’ll always see Tracy with a huge smile on her face ready and willing to help anyone!

Jymeir plays a pivotal role in ensuring our team's success in the Rochester region. He prioritizes the delivery of superior customer service, consistently elevating our service standards to meet and exceed customer expectations. Jymeir's leadership style is rooted in support and empowerment. He understands that a thriving team is built on a foundation of support, and he is committed to providing his staff with the guidance, resources, and encouragement they need to flourish in their positions.

Meet Cody, our newly promoted Assistant Manager, who has demonstrated exceptional skills and a natural affinity for customer service. Cody's journey with us began as a sales associate, where he quickly gained recognition for his ability to connect with customers and provide them with outstanding service.

Outside of his career, Cody leads an active lifestyle as a personal trainer, channeling his passion for fitness and well-being. Cody is not only a professional who excels in his role but also a nature enthusiast who thrives on spending time outdoors, embracing the beauty of the natural world through various activities. His enthusiasm for outdoor adventures and his ability to connect with people make him a valuable asset to our team as he steps into his new role as Assistant Manager. We're excited to see his continued growth and contributions to our organization.

Jesse, a native of Buffalo, New York, has always been driven to excel in his career. While pursuing a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management at college, he seized a remarkable opportunity with 95 Nutrition. Recognizing the potential for personal and professional growth, he joined the company and made it his full-time commitment. Since his entry in 2021 as a sales associate, Jesse's dedication and rapid adaptability have propelled him through various roles, where he consistently contributed his expertise to support the team's success.

Today, Jesse serves as our Customer Service Manager, overseeing a dynamic blend of customer support, technical assistance, and data analysis. With his unwavering work ethic and exceptional communication skills, he continues to excel in every new challenge that comes his way, showcasing his ability to thrive and deliver outstanding service in his role.
