This past weekend, the 95 Nutrition team jumped into the freezing waters of Lake Erie for the Special Olympics Polar Plunge, marking our fifth consecutive year participating in this incredible event. What started as a fun challenge has grown into a tradition that we look forward to every year! A chance to come together as a community, support an amazing cause, and show our athletes that we’re behind them in every season.

This year’s plunge was especially remarkable. Thanks to the generosity and support of over 2,000 participants, the event raised over $650,000 for local Special Olympics athletes making it the largest Polar Plunge in New York State! These funds help provide year-round training, competitions, and life-changing opportunities for athletes across the region.
