Today, we are proud to announce the promotion of Sierra Watson to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 95 Nutrition.

Sierra’s journey with us began in 2015 in an entry-level role. Over the last decade, she has grown alongside this company — learning every part of the operation, taking on increasing responsibility, earning trust through consistency, grit, and leadership.

At just 29 years old, she now steps into the COO role, overseeing company-wide operations and helping guide the future of 95 Nutrition.

What makes this moment so meaningful is that it represents exactly what we stand for.

Nearly ten years ago, we started right here in Buffalo as a small local operation. Today, we’ve grown to 13 retail locations serving Buffalo and Rochester, along with an expanded online platform offering free nationwide shipping. Through all that growth, one thing has never changed — our commitment to developing people from within.

Sierra is a true Buffalo success story — homegrown, deeply invested in this community, and someone who understands this business from the ground up. Promoting from within isn’t just a philosophy for us; it’s how we’ve built this company and how we plan to continue growing it.

As COO, Sierra will lead day-to-day operations, support and develop our leadership team, and help drive the next chapter of growth across Western New York and beyond.
