Here is my favorite snack to make for my husband and I! At only 415 calories it's a great snack to split while watching a movie.

Macros:

56 grams of protein, 38 grams of fat, and 28 grams of carbs

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb. ground turkey meat
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 bag Quest Taco Chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F 
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add taco seasoning, stir to combine.
  4. Spread Quest Taco Chips out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon turkey over the chips, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with salsa, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and healthy turkey meat nachos made with Quest Taco Chips!
