Well since Monday's can often be the hardest day of the week for most of us I figured I would bring to you a quick read that may even get you to smile ????

Lets first start with these 2 principles....

1) Losing weight IS NOT ALWAYS EASY!

2) YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

With that being said, as you head into work today let's keep in mind the 4 types of people you want to avoid in the office if you want to succeed at losing weight.

#1) Debbie Downer - Debbie's desk may be right next to yours at work, it may be halfway across the office but no matter Debbie's location in the office YOU CAN FEEL HER POOR ATTITUDE DRAINING YOU! Just an endless black hole of negativity day in and day out. NEVER without SOMETHING to complain about. Debbie may not have anything negative to say directly about your weight loss goals but her general negativity towards EVERYTHING will surely drag your mood down, no matter how happy/motivated you started this day off. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS.

2) Terry Two Cents - TERRY! YOU DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING. Nor should you feel the need to add your 2 cents to every conversation that you happen to barge your way into. Terry will most likely try and baffle you with his vast knowledge of various "diet programs" that have "proven success". (Mind you Terry has got quite a few pound to lose himself, so you are not sure why he is talking anyway ❌) AVOID Terry at all costs, he will only fog your brain with useless information. Stick to your program. You know what is best for you!

3) Hannah the Hater - First lets make note that Hannah doesn't like herself so how could she possible like anything else... Hannah will take little jabs at your prepared meals that are in the work fridge. Rolling her eyes, commenting on the looks of the food. "I can't believe you think this is going to work for you..I mean it has CHEESE on it". Hannah also wants to lose weight but is too afraid of failure so she never shares with anyone in the office these feelings. She just watches you, judges you and secretly hopes you fail. This time it's going to be different. When you are down 30 lbs in 4 months she will slither over during lunch and ask for the name of that meal prep service you have been using...

4) Larry "I eat whatever the heck I want" - MUST BE NICE LARRY! Okay, Okay...nothing against Larry. He's a great guy AND he's got a great metabolism. He CAN eat whatever the heck he wants, BUT do not subject yourself to him and his treats. Larry is the type who brings donuts or pizza to work because he is truly that nice of a guy. He means well (unlike Hannah who probably got them to try and sabotage you) but you just cannot be around Larry during lunch time or anytime of the day for that matter. Stay focused, stay strong and learn to tell Larry "Thanks but no thanks"

Hope this helps friends! Enjoy your Monday, Stay strong and know that we are always here to help you along the way.
