LOVE our walking taco! Make it at home in just about 30 minutes


  • 1/2 cup brown rice of your choice
  • 4oz 95% lean ground turkey meat
  • taco seasoning (to your taste)
  • 1oz low fat cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup salsa of your choice
  • 1/4 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • Broccoli
  • 1/4 snack size bag of cheddar Doritos
  • 1/8 cup fat free sour cream


  1. Bring small pot of water to a boil and prepare instant rice.
  2. Pre-heat pan for turkey meat.
  3. Measure 4oz of ram ground turkey and cook over medium heat for approx 4-5 min or until throughly cooked. Add 1/2 cup of water and taco seasoning, reduce heat to low, and leave covered for 3 min.
  4. Prepare broccoli by dicing into small pieces and blanch in hot water.


Place 1/2 cup rice down first, then add 4 oz of your seasoned turkey meat. Top with your salsa, broccoli, black beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and Doritos!
