  1. OK.... I did it. I took a picture????

    The weeks are starting to blur into one another and it honestly feels like I have been dieting for 84 years. LOL The thing is it’s really all in my head. I am not being deprived of anything that I want OTHER than shameful snacks like salt and vinegar chips.. Eating 95 meals is NOT your typical “torturous diet” that has you wanting to jump off a building after a week because you're so carb deprived, so I guess what I am trying to say is I am just being a baby about it. It really is all in my head and I think when I put it that way it makes it easier to carry on.

  2. Lost weight...BUT NOT FEELIN' MOTIVATED. How does that work?

    Happy Monday friends! Well let me just start with saying that I did not want to workout at all this past week. It was a HUGE mental struggle to get my ass down on the treadmill and I basically did zero lifting this week. I mean I am just being as honest as I can with you all and this wasn’t my week. THE ONE TIME I actually kinda felt like lifting …Melania woke up from her nap early & wouldn’t sit for me without fussing so that ended that motivation VERY QUICKLY. LOL. Here I am headed into my 9th week hoping that I will be able to muster up some motivation to workout this upcoming week.

  6. Monday Means it's time to Check-in!

    We are down to the FINAL COUNTDOWN for Christmas and I will tell you what… this past week has been BRUTAL when it comes to staying on track and I can imagine that this week will be just as bad, if not worse! I bet most thought I would skip this checkin but like I have said before I want to be as transparent as possible during this journey to show you all the ups and downs. NO WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY IS PERFECT. Say it again with me my friends. In most cases, including mine it is FAR from perfect. YOU will struggle, you will have success, you will be left disappointed at times and surprised at other times. After weighing in this morning I was left surprised.

  9. UPDATE: Lindsey's Journey- HINT: THE STRUGGLE IS REAL

    Well I have entered week 3 and I can tell you that it has been QUITE the adjustment the first 2 weeks. Going from pregnant and “doing what I want” food wise to locking it down to lose weight hasn’t been EASY. The part that I was struggling with most in the first 2 weeks was the SNACKING. While pregnant if I wanted it, I ate it! A bite here, a taste there… Well now each and everyone of those bites and tastes counts because calories can add up quickly.
